Role Summary - DP/ KYC analyst - Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive DP/ KYC analyst to support our Institutional Broking team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational execution, maintaining client relationships, and managing essential documentation. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Operations

- Processing of Trade and other files in backoffice software.
- Assist DP department in DP work as and when required.
- Assist in empanelment with Institutional Clients and Mutual Funds.
- update KYC & CKYC for Retail, HUF, & Corporate clients
- Securities Settlement & Trade Processing
- Handled risk-related processes such as pledge/unpledge, and escalations for high-value shortages.
- Uploading UCC files to NSE and BSE & UCC closure in NSE & BSE.

2. Document Management

- Maintain and organize all trade-related and client documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Track and follow up on pending documentation and agreements.

3. Client Relationship, Communication and Coordination

- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments.




- Respond promptly to client queries and escalate issues as required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
- Liaise with the compliance, settlement, and research teams as needed.

4. Administrative Support

- Support day-to-day operations and back-office tasks.
- Prepare and circulate internal reports and presentations.
- Assist in onboarding current clients by managing KYC and account setup documentation.

5. Data Entry and Record Keeping

- Accurately update client records and transaction logs.
- Maintain updated MIS and support data audits or reviews.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in data handling.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations or support roles, preferably in a broking or financial services firm.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- NISM-VII certification.
