WTF Gyms is a rapidly growing fitness and wellness company focused on making premium fitness experiences accessible and affordable. We are expanding our team and looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Executives to drive gym membership sales and revenue.

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential members, conducting gym visits, explaining membership plans, and converting prospects into paying members.

This is a target-driven sales role, ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Convert leads into gym membership sales.
- Handle walk-in customers and conduct gym/facility tours.
- Understand customer fitness requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Explain membership packages, pricing, offers, and perks.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM/system.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.




- Coordinate with the gym operations team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Drive referrals and repeat business from existing members.
- Participate in local sales and promotional activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, field sales, BPO sales, education sales, real estate sales, or membership sales.
- Candidates with gym/fitness membership sales experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi communication; basic to good English.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-focused.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
