JSNM Bodycare LLP is a growing personal care company focused on developing and delivering quality bodycare and kids personal care products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executiveto manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance function of the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

* Record and maintain purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.

* Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

* Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.

* Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

* Track outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.





* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

* Support the preparation of financial statements and audit-related documentation.

* Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

* Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and other stakeholders when required.

* Ensure accounting entries and financial records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

* Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

* Working knowledge of Tally.

* Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and data management.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Should be responsible, organized, and comfortable working independently.Role & responsibilities
