- Handle US Healthcare payer/insurance processes.
- Work on QNXT platform for healthcare operations.
- Manage claims, eligibility, benefits or related healthcare processes.
- Resolve process-related queries and ensure accurate processing.
- Follow client/process guidelines and quality standards.

Mandatory Skills: QNXT + US Healthcare experience.
