- NOC Operations Leadership
- Oversee daily NOC operations across monitoring, incident handling, and escalations.
- Ensure shift readiness, proper handovers, and SLA adherence.
- Lead P1/P2 incidents until L3/domain teams take full ownership.

- Technical Escalation Advanced Troubleshooting

- Act as senior technical escalation point for L1/L2 engineers.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting in routing, switching, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, and WAN circuits.
- Support RCA preparation and validate permanent fixes.

- Process Governance Continuous Improvement

- Improve SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting playbooks.
- Identify automation opportunities and mentor team in using scripting frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

- Team Leadership Mentoring

- Train and mentor L1/L2 NOC staff.
- Conduct performance feedback, skill assessments, and technical coaching.
- Support resource planning and shift optimization.

- Stakeholder Management Reporting

- Liaise with internal teams, network/security leads, and global operations.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for escalated circuit issues.
- Publish incident, SLA, and performance reports to management.
