Role & responsibilities

- Train candidates on engineering drawings, and other relevant software used in the organization.
- Explain drawing concepts, standards, symbols, dimensions, tolerances, and drafting practices.
- Provide hands-on guidance and demonstrations to trainees during training sessions.
- Assess trainees through practical tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
- Ensure trainees understand and follow drawing standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Training, mentoring, and assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively with both trainees and technical teams
