Business Development Associate (BDA)

Crio is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Associates to join our team in Chennai.

As a BDA, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners/customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Crio's programs, addressing queries and objections, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning/program options.

Explain program offerings, benefits, career outcomes and relevant details.

Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Follow up with prospective customers through the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate lead and interaction records.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

Build strong relationships with prospective learners/customers.

Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve conversion performance.

Consistently follow the defined sales process and quality standards.

Requirements:





Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.

Customer-oriented and sales-driven approach.

Comfortable working with sales targets.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.

Candidates with experience in B2C sales, inside sales, EdTech, education counselling, admissions counselling, tele-sales or business development will be preferred.

Freshers with robust communication and sales aptitude may also be considered where appropriate.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, EdTech Sales, Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions Counselling, Telesales, Customer Acquisition, or Direct Sales is preferred.

Joining: Immediate joiners / candidates available to join at the earliest will be strongly preferred.
