- Instructional Design & E-learning writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
- Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) - Mandatory
- Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond
- Figma, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Synthesia, Well Said Labs, Eleven Labs
- LMS Platforms (Cornerstone, Moodle, SuccessFactors, Docebo)
- SCORM, xAPI
- Storyboarding, Content Development, Adult Learning Principles

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design.
- Solid expertise in creating interactive e-learning content and learning solutions.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Portfolio/work samples will be an added advantage.
- immediate joiners preferred.
- Note: 100% Work From Home / 5 Days Working. ( depends on performance)
