- Analysis & Taking countermeasure to improve vehicle directpass
- Final product Inspection ,Booking and countermeasures
- Training to recent inspectors on inspection points /Method & Check points addition based on complaints
- AQI & FQI audit and score reduction
- Train and motivate Quality Engineers and Inspectors for total participation in TEI and Kaizen activities
- Audit Quality Engineers for assessing adherence to DWM and adequacy of SOPs.
- Adherence to To do list and applicable SOP.
- Exploration on Digital intiatives aligning to MPCP
- Track and report Key Quality Indicators alinging to MPCP.
- Ensure safety and 5S at work place
