Position Overview
The AGM Finance will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Company's finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, internal controls, cash-flow management, audit coordination, and timely closure of accounts. The position requires strong hands-on knowledge of overall accounting, GST, TDS, direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, MIS, and financial controls, along with the ability to lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Educational Qualification

MBA Finance
OR ICWA / CMA
OR CA Inter
Candidates with relevant professional qualifications and strong practical experience in Finance & Accounts will be preferred.

Required Experience

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong experience in end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
-Experience in handling taxation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS, and financial reporting.
-Experience in managing and supervising Finance & Accounts teams.
-Experience in Mining, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Construction,



or other project-based industries will be preferred.
