At Soma Insurance, you’ll be the first point of contact for our US customers. You’ll understand what they need, solve their insurance questions, and help them choose the right coverage.

Your everyday

- Talk to US customers & build instant rapport

- Discover their needs — don’t just pitch

- Solve existing insurance queries

- Recommend the right insurance solutions

- Handle objections & drive conversions

- Own the customer experience end-to-end

We’re looking for someone who

- Has 0.6 –2 years of US sales / customer success / insurance experience

- Is excellent at spoken English

- Knows how to have a real sales conversation,



not read a script

- Is curious, competitive & loves solving problems

- Can handle targets and tough conversations

- Has a “I’ll figure it out” mindset

US insurance experience? Even better.
