- Source and screen candidates for US-based IT requirements.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Work on various recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Freshers with a strong interest in US Staffing are welcome.
