Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2C field sales in the electrical segment, focusing on premium residential projects, smart home solutions, and future-ready building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Handle direct B2C sales and client acquisition.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, homeowners, and individual builders.
- Promote smart home, electrical, and modern building solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain robust customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in B2C Field Sales, preferably in Electrical, Lighting, or Building Materials.
- Strong lead generation and closing skills.
