Job Opening: Electrical Engineer - Operations Maintenance (Wind Energy)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in the wind energy sector to join our Operations Maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of ENERCON wind turbines (E-53 E-48).

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of ENERCON E-53 E-48 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).
2. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to minimise turbine downtime.
3. Ensure maximum turbine availability and generation performance.
4. Carry out routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
5. Attend turbine breakdowns and perform corrective actions safely.
6. Follow all safety procedures, LOTO practices, and company HSE guidelines.
7. Coordinate with site teams and report daily maintenance activities.
8. Support commissioning and testing activities whenever required.
9. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
2. 2-5 years of experience in Wind Turbine Operations Maintenance.
3. Hands-on experience with ENERCON E-53 and E-48 turbines is preferred.
4. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and SCADA.
5.



Willingness to work at wind farm sites and travel as per project requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Experience: 2-5 years in Wind OM
2. Experience in ENERCON E-53 / E-48 technology preferred.
3. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
4. Strong safety awareness.
5. Ready to work in field operations and rotational shifts if required.
