Role & responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
- Manage inventory using Kanban, DBR, and other inventory control practices.
- Ensure accurate material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.
- Maintain stock accuracy, conduct audits, and resolve stock mismatches.
- Complete daily store closing activities (GRN, QC offering, material handover, dispatch, housekeeping, etc.).
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in daily production meetings and support cross-functional projects.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Willingness to work in shifts and across multiple plant locations.
