Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage collections process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the collection process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and billing discrepancies.
- Analyze data reports on a regular basis to track performance metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), bad debt expense, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or banking / finance sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, budgeting techniques, cash flow management concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
