Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer support through Email & Live Chat for international e-commerce clients.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and related queries.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and enhance service quality.
- Handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and service standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – Mandatory
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Robust customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online shopping processes.
- CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
