Positions: Evaluator | Technician | Chief General Technician | Hub Inspector

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Automotive Technicians/Mechanics for multiple technical roles with Spinny. Candidates should have relevant hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair, and automotive technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and evaluate vehicles based on technical condition.
- Identify mechanical and technical issues in vehicles.
- Perform vehicle inspection and technical assessment as per role requirements.
- For Evaluator roles, visit the customer's location and evaluate the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate inspection and evaluation reports.
- Communicate technical findings clearly.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 3.5 to 6 years of relevant technician/mechanic experience.
- Education: ITI/Diploma preferred/required as per role.
- Candidates should be able to read and understand basic English.
- Driving licence and driving skills are mandatory for Evaluator roles.
- Strong automotive technical knowledge and hands-on experience.

Role-Specific Experience

Evaluator

- 3.5 to 6 years of technician/mechanic experience.
- Driving licence and driving skills are mandatory.
- This is a field job, involving visits to customers' locations for vehicle evaluation.
- Service Advisor, commercial vehicle,



plant/manufacturing and specified competitor experience is not considered.

Chief General Technician

- 4 to 6 years of technician/mechanic experience.
- Total experience should be more than 10 years.
- ITI/Diploma.

Hub Inspector

- 5 to 6 years of technician/mechanic experience.
- Candidates who have worked as a Service Advisor after technician experience can be considered.
- ITI/Diploma.
- Good English and communication skills.

Accepted experience:

- OEM-based companies such as Mahindra First Choice and Maruti True Value.

Not Considered:

- Service Advisor experience for Evaluator/Technician/CGT roles, subject to the exceptions mentioned below.
- Commercial vehicle experience.
- Experience with Cars24, Gaadi.com, Rev, OLX, CarDekho, CarWale and CarTrade.

Skills Required

- Automotive/mechanical technical knowledge.
- Vehicle inspection and evaluation skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic English reading and comprehension.
- Positive communication skills, especially for Hub Inspector roles.
- Driving skills and valid driving licence for Evaluator roles.
- Location: As per Spinny requirement
