We are looking for a Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale our core backend systems and distributed services. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering teams.
Role & responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build robust, scalable, and secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Microservices Architecture: Design and maintain distributed microservices architectures, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
- Implement real-time data streaming and asynchronous messaging pipelines using Apache Kafka.
- Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment: Provision, manage, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure and serverless/containerized workloads on AWS.
- Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, write automated unit/integration tests, and collaborate in an Agile workplace.
