Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts & GST Billing Executive with 1 or 2 years of experience in accounting, GST invoicing, and billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating daily GST invoices, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring timely invoice delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate GST invoices for all daily customer orders accurately and on time.
- Verify customer details, GST information, product details, quantities, prices, and tax calculations.
- Handle CGST, SGST, and IGST calculations and ensure GST compliance in invoicing.
- Send invoices to customers through WhatsApp and Email.
- Maintain daily sales, billing, and invoice records.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including sales entries, payment verification, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Order Processing teams regarding billing and payment details.
- Identify and correct invoice errors, duplicate entries, and billing discrepancies.




- Maintain proper documentation for GST filing, accounting, and audit purposes.
- Prepare daily and monthly billing reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure all daily invoicing and accounting tasks are completed within the required timeline.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any Graduate (Any Degree).
- 12 years of experience in Accounts, GST Billing, or Invoice Processing is required.
- Positive knowledge of GST invoicing, CGST, SGST, and IGST.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, sales entries, billing, and payment reconciliation.
- Experience in Tally, Tally Prime, or other accounting/billing software preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to generate daily GST invoices independently and accurately.
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
