Role & responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Center, and Cloud networking environments.
- Perform configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of network devices.




- Create and review High Level Designs (HLDs), Low Level Designs (LLDs), and implementation plans.
- Support network transformation initiatives involving SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and SASE.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols.
- Support network security technologies including NAC, Firewalls, VPNs, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Perform network performance analysis, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Work with OEM vendors and cross-functional teams for deployment and support activities.
- Drive automation initiatives using Python, Ansible, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
