- Conduct blood collection procedures such as phlebotomy and sample collection for patients.
- Perform quality control checks on collected samples to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in laboratory testing, including biochemistry, haematology, and clinical pathology tests using NABL-accredited equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, patient information, and inventory management.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in a hospital setting with exposure to medical laboratory technology (MLT).
- Robust knowledge of biochemistry, haematology, DMLT/BMLT principles and practices.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques with ability to collect high-quality samples from patients.
- Familiarity with NABL guidelines for accreditation standards.
