Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform repair and maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, machinery, and instruments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems, implementing preventative measures to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using data mining techniques to analyze sensor readings, log files, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for recurring problems, implementing changes to improve overall system reliability.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in repair & maintenance or a related field
- Hands-on experience in remanufacturing mining machines, including dismantling, inspection, repair, replacement, reassembly and testing.

- Proficiency in performing repairs on various types of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Experienced in hydraulic cylinder servicing, hydraulic pump repair and reinstallation of repaired components.

- Experienced with underground mining equipment including Spraymec, Scamec, Charmec, Utimec and related machines.

- Managed daily maintenance of heavy mining machinery; improved uptime and reliability
