- We are looking for an experienced and responsible Petrol Pump Manager to manage daily operations, supervise staff, handle sales activities, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the petrol pump.

:

- Manage day-to-day petrol pump operations and sales.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage the pump staff.
- Monitor fuel sales, stock, cash handling, and daily transactions.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain daily operational and sales reports.
- Manage staff attendance, discipline, and work allocation.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with management and vendors as required.




- Ensure smooth shift operations and proper handovers.

- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Sales and customer-handling skills.
- Strong managerial and problem-solving abilities.
- Disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented approach.

:

- Candidates from Petrol Pump, Sales Management, Operations, or Team Management backgrounds can apply.
- Sales Managers with solid team-handling experience are also eligible.
- Ex-Defence personnel with managerial/team-management experience are preferred.
- Mature and capable of independently handling operations and staff.
