We are hiring Male and Female candidates for the customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent customer service.

This is a non-sales customer service process, with no sales targets. Freshers who meet the eligibility and language requirements are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle 100% inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding customer services and processes.
- Maintain a polite and professional communication style.

- Record and update customer information accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC Passed candidates can apply.
