About Us

Renewit Renovations is a Bengaluru-based interior design and full renovation company working on residential and commercial projects. Our work draws on 30–40 years of family experience in interiors and renovation, and we handle projects end to end, from concept and design through execution and handover.

The Role

You’ll support senior designers across live projects, from first client meeting to final handover. This role suits someone who enjoys both design work and time on site, and wants to learn how a project actually gets built.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D drawings (layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling and electrical plans) and 3D views.
- Create mood boards and material and finish options for client presentations.
- Visit sites to take measurements, check progress, and confirm work matches the drawings.
- Prepare working and shop drawings for carpenters, fabricators, and contractors.
- Help put together BOQs, material lists, and quotation inputs.
- Coordinate with vendors on samples,



availability, and delivery timelines.
- Keep drawings, revisions, and project files organised.
- Attend client meetings and record changes and decisions.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Familiarity with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max is a plus.
- Basic understanding of materials: laminates, veneers, hardware, tiles, false ceilings, paints.
- Willingness to travel to sites across Bengaluru.
- Clear communication in English. Kannada and/or Hindi is a plus.
- A portfolio, which can include college or internship work.
