We are looking for a motivated and organized person.
- Course planning: Help students pick classes and meet graduation needs.
- Goal setting: Work with students to improve study habits and raise grades.
- Progress tracking: Monitor attendance and academic performance to spot issues early
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing students (No Targets).
- Explain products/services to customers and answer their queries.
- Follow up with leads and customers through calls, WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide timely updates.
Requirements
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
