Job Summary

We are looking for Spoken English / Personality Development Faculty who can train students in English communication, confidence building, personality development and professional communication.

The candidate will work with students from different academic backgrounds and help them develop the communication and interpersonal skills required for academic, professional and defence-career environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily Spoken English and Personality Development classes.
- Develop students' English speaking, listening, reading and communication skills.
- Conduct activities for improving fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
- Train students in public speaking and presentation skills.
- Conduct group discussions, debates, role plays and communication activities.
- Develop students' confidence and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct personality development sessions covering:
- Communication skills
- Leadership
- Teamwork
- Confidence
- Body language
- Time management
- Discipline
- Decision-making
- Interview skills
- Social and professional etiquette
- Prepare lesson plans, activities and training material.
- Monitor individual student progress.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students preparing for interviews, group discussions and SSB-related communication activities.
- Coordinate with academic and training departments.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in seminars,



workshops and student-development programmes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Psychology, Education or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant professional certifications/training experience may also be considered.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and classroom-management skills.

2–5 years of experience in:

Candidates with defence/SSB training experience will have an added advantage.

Salary
