- Good in oral and written communication skills.
- Able to understand and interpret in multiple languages.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good in coordinating with cross functional teams.
- Able to handle team of 25 Nos.
- Good in Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports by collecting the individual persons sales data.
- Experience in coordinating with sales team and manufacturing team for timely delivery of goods.
- Experience in B2C will be preferred.
- Strong in cost negotiations and price finalizations.
- Positive in cost estimation,



preparing budgetary quotes.
- Willing to travel to customer site upon demand.
- Monitoring the sales according to set target.
- Monitoring the customer complaints and timely resolving the same.
- Support customers for service and installation.
- Monitoring the AMC contracts with all customers.
- Spares Management.
- Coordinating with government officials for legal compliance.
- Knowledge in sales activities of Weighing scale will be given preference.
- Promoting the product in various social media.
- Monitoring the enquiries from online platforms and converting the same to sales.
- Resources planning for the team.
- Organizing and participating in the exhibitions, promotional activities etc.
- Candidates from technical background with prior experience in sales also accepted.
