Position: GM Accounts

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Goregaon East

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Finalization: Oversee daily accounting operations, finalization of accounts, and preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;)
- Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax), statutory audits, and regulatory requirements with authorities.
- Budgeting & MIS: Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses for senior management.
- Working Capital & Cost Control: Monitor inventory, receivables, payables, and working capital to optimize operational costs and profitability
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounts department.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership,



often preferred within Automobile sectors.
- Education: Professional qualifications such as a Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, or postgraduate degree in Commerce/Finance (MBA Finance).
- Skills: Expert knowledge of ERP environments (SAP, Oracle), strong analytical capabilities, and thorough understanding of financial controls.

Pay: ₹14,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per year

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
