- Extensive knowledge of Dell, HP, and IBM rack servers and blade servers.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and part replacements for enterprise IT products (servers, storage, networking devices).
- Capability to identify and replace faulty hardware components, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of hardware resources and document replacement activities.
- Basic understanding of networking devices, including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of network hardware.
- Support and resolve connectivity issues and escalate to higher levels if required
