We are looking for a responsible, polite and well-organized staff member to join our dental clinic. The candidate will assist with patient coordination, reception work and day-to-day clinic activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients at the clinic
- Manage appointments and patient coordination
- Handle phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Maintain basic patient records
- Assist the doctor and clinic team with routine work
- Manage basic reception and front-desk activities
- Ensure the clinic reception and patient area are organized
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, responsible and punctual
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate with patients professionally
- Previous experience in a dental clinic, hospital, receptionist or front-desk role will be an advantage
Working Hours
Monday–Saturday:
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: Half Day
Work Schedule: Full-time, 7 days/week

₹7,000 per month
