Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic RJ / Voice & Student Counsellor who can handle voice-over requirements for our videos, interact and train students, and support the admissions team through effective course counselling.

The role requires strong communication skills, a clear and engaging voice, and the ability to confidently explain courses and career opportunities to students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Voice-Over & Video Content

- Provide voice-overs for promotional, educational and social media videos.
- Deliver scripts in a clear, engaging and natural style.
- Record voice content for course promotions, student awareness videos and other media requirements.
- Participate in videos and other content when required.

Student Training

- Conduct training sessions for students enrolled in relevant courses.
- Explain concepts clearly and engage students during training sessions.
- Assist students with doubts and provide practical guidance.
- Monitor student participation and progress during training.
- Coordinate with faculty and the academic team when required.

Admission Counselling

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses.
- Explain course structure, duration,



eligibility, fees, career opportunities and placement support.
- Understand students' interests and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with enquiries and assist in converting enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
- Handle counselling through phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face interactions.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Clear, confident and engaging voice suitable for voice-over/RJ work.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and interacting with students.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Valuable interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Willingness to conduct student training sessions.
- Basic knowledge of media, animation, design, digital marketing or related creative fields is an advantage.
- Previous experience in RJ, voice-over, teaching, counselling or training is preferred.
