Sales & Growth – Connect HQ

Connect HQ is looking for a high-energy, ambitious sales skilled with a startup mindset.

We want someone who is hungry to grow, takes ownership, thinks independently and does not hide behind job descriptions.

What You’ll Do

- Drive sales, occupancy and revenue across Connect HQ centres.
- Generate new business through corporates, brokers, referrals, LinkedIn, networking and direct outreach.
- Build relationships with founders, HR/Admin Heads, real-estate teams, brokers and decision-makers.
- Own the complete cycle: Lead → Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
- Maintain strong CRM and follow-up discipline.
- Use technology, AI tools and data to improve sales productivity.
- Step in when required to solve business issues — whether related to clients, operations, vendors, repairs or centre readiness.
- Take ownership until the issue is resolved instead of saying, “This is not my department.”

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
