About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Salon Manager cum Makeup Artist who can efficiently manage day-to-day salon operations while also providing professional makeup services to clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong salon management, customer handling, team coordination and sales skills, along with hands-on expertise in makeup and beauty services.

Key Responsibilities1. Salon Management & Operations

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all salon staff and service departments.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline and daily work allocation.
- Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene and professional standards.
- Maintain inventory of makeup, beauty products and salon consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of required products.
- Monitor daily sales, service bookings and revenue.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly salon performance reports.
- Ensure salon SOPs and company policies are properly followed.

2. Makeup Services

- Provide professional makeup services to clients as required.
- Handle bridal, party, engagement, reception and occasion makeup.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable makeup looks.
- Perform basic hairstyling and makeup-related services where required.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene while using makeup tools and products.
- Stay updated with current makeup, beauty and styling trends.




- Conduct makeup trials and consultations for bridal/occasion clients.

3. Customer Management

- Welcome and assist clients professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints effectively.
- Build strong relationships with regular and premium clients.
- Encourage repeat visits, referrals and service upgrades.
- Support the salon in achieving customer satisfaction and revenue targets.

4. Team Management

- Supervise and coordinate salon staff, makeup artists, beauticians and other team members.
- Allocate duties according to workload and employee expertise.
- Monitor employee performance and service quality.
- Support training and development of junior team members.
- Maintain discipline and a positive working environment.

5. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly salon revenue and service targets.
- Promote premium services, packages and memberships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Support promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.
- Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and market trends.
- Contribute ideas to increase salon footfall and revenue.

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 3–7 years in salon management, makeup artistry or a related beauty/wellness role.
- Prior experience as Salon Manager, Makeup Artist, Senior Makeup Artist, Beauty Manager or Salon Supervisor will be preferred.
- Proven experience in bridal/party/occasion makeup is highly desirable.
- Relevant certification/course in makeup, beauty or cosmetology will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident, presentable, customer-focused and commercially minded, with the ability to manage a salon independently while personally delivering high-quality makeup services.

Immediate joiners / candidates with a strong local client network will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
