NWAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HRMS / HR ERP Functional Consultant with 6 months -2 years of experience to join our Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HRMS modules including Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, PMS & Employee Management.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, third-party systems & biometric devices.
- Manage troubleshooting, bug fixing, testing, enhancements, and production support.
- Work on MIS, reports, dashboards, mobile applications & integrations.
- Understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Coordinate with Support, QA, Implementation & Development teams.
- Contribute to AI/Chatbot and HR automation initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong HRMS/HR ERP application experience.
- Good knowledge of HR & Payroll processes, SQL and APIs.
- Experience in integrations, debugging, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
