About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries and provide quick and appropriate solutions across multiple support channels.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer concerns received through:

- Customer Support Emails
- Phone Calls
- Social Media Comments & Messages
- Other customer communication channels

What We Are Looking For

- Graduation is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Strong English writing skills
- Positive customer-handling and communication skills
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide quick & appropriate solutions
- Good common sense and problem-solving ability
- Fast learner and comfortable learning new processes
- Ability to follow company systems, processes and rules
- Responsible and dedicated towards work
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries and channels
- 1–2 years of customer support experience is preferred
- Good Knowledge of computer

Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication skills, good English writing, common sense, a learning attitude, and meet the other requirements.



Salary may vary depending on experience and overall suitability.

Working Details

Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1:30 PM – 2:10 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Work From Office

Leaves: 2 leaves per month

Holidays:
We provide holidays on:

- 26 January
- Holi
- 15 August
- 2 October
- Diwali

Due to the nature of our daily customer support operations and workload, holidays are limited to the above-mentioned days.

Sunday Working
Sunday is normally part of the working schedule. Currently, Sunday working is not active, but candidates should be comfortable with Sunday working when required.

If an employee works on a Sunday, they will receive one weekly off between Monday and Saturday of the following week in lieu of that Sunday.

Salary & PF
(₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, including PF)
PF is mandatory and will be applicable as per company policy.
