Key Responsibilities

- Handle HR statutory and labour law compliance as per applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Labour Welfare Fund and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records and compliance documentation.
- Conduct and support internal HR compliance audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate for labour law audits, inspections and statutory requirements.
- Monitor compliance related to contract labour, employee documentation, wages, working hours, leave and other labour-related matters.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and relevant authorities for compliance-related matters.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and maintain proper records.
- Keep track of changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure implementation within the organization.
- Support HR team during audits and provide required documents and reports.




- Prepare compliance reports and maintain proper documentation for management review.

Requirements

- Graduate in HR / Personnel Management / Labour Laws or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance / Labour Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, PT and labour compliance audits.
- Good knowledge of Excel and HR documentation.
- Strong coordination, documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in construction, interior fit-out or project-based organizations will be an added advantage.
