We’re Hiring: Sales and Marketing Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a proactive Outbound Growth & Lead Generation Intern to help expand our user base and build strategic B2B partnerships in North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Identification (B2C): Identify actively looking US/UK-based job seekers and tech professionals on LinkedIn, job forums, and community channels.
- Agency Outreach (B2B): Research and reach out to US/UK-based outplacement agencies, career transition firms, and career coaches for potential distribution partnerships.
- Cold Outreach Execution: Write tailored email copy and LinkedIn messages to initiate discussions with prospective clients and partners.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial communication to explain our job application concierge service, understand client needs, and route high-intent leads.
- Pipeline Tracking:



Keep explicit records of prospective candidates, outbound touchpoints, and partnership responses in our CRM/tracking dashboard.

Requirements:

- Exceptional written English and professional communication skills suitable for US/UK business communication.
- Strong interest or hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email prospecting, or social selling.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across remote US/UK time zones (flexible hours).
- Proactive attitude with a desire to earn high performance commissions.

Role Details:

Compensation: 10% Sales Commission on converted clients/partnerships upto 3lac per month.

Additional Perks: Internship Certificate, Letter of Recommendation, direct exposure to US/UK market operations, and high earning potential via commissions.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
