Job Responsibilities
- Market and promote IT consultants on bench to US recruiters and vendors.
- Search and identify suitable IT requirements through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Match consultants with suitable job requirements and submit profiles.
- Handle C2C, W2, and Full-Time opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with US recruiters and vendors.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, and application status.
- Coordinate with candidates and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 6 months–2+ years of experience in Bench Sales, Application Recruitment, or US IT Staffing is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
