Design Legends is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and interior projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have solid project execution, team management, vendor coordination, and client-handling skills.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForA hands-on, responsible and solution-oriented professional who can take ownership of projects, drive site execution, manage teams and vendors, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and execution schedules.
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day site activities, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and workmanship.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders and ensure project requirements are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, delays, and issues and implement timely corrective measures.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings,



specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Cost & Material Control: Monitor project costs, material requirements, procurement, and wastage.
- Timeline Management: Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project progress reports, maintain documentation, and highlight key issues to management.
- Coordination: Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in interior design/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, construction processes, and project planning.
- Excellent team management and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
