- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, applications, and security software.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems.
- Configure and maintain IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and basic network services.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related complaints/tickets.
- Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, hardware, software, and network devices.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance,



access control, and other IT-related systems when required.
- Perform regular data backup, system security checks, and antivirus updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, internet connectivity, and other technical requirements.
- Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure across office/branch locations.
- Follow IT security policies and maintain confidentiality of company data.
