Key Responsibilities

- Assist cooks and chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Wash, clean and cut vegetables, fruits and other ingredients.
- Help with mise en place and preparation of ingredients.
- Assist in preparation of basic food items as instructed by the cook.
- Help with packing and labelling food orders for delivery.
- Ensure proper portioning and packing as per order requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, utensils and equipment.
- Wash and clean vessels, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Follow proper veg and non-veg food handling procedures.
- Keep raw materials and kitchen supplies properly organized.
- Assist in receiving, checking and storing raw materials.
- Maintain proper hygiene, including clean uniform, apron, gloves and hair covering.




- Help maintain stock and inform the supervisor when ingredients are running low.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours and high-order periods.
- Follow instructions from the Chef/Kitchen Supervisor and maintain discipline at work.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
