Key Responsibilities

Events Management

- Plan and execute birthday parties, school trips, corporate events, group activities, competitions, and special events.
- Coordinate with customers regarding event requirements, packages, themes, decorations, food, activities, and entertainment.
- Manage complete event execution from enquiry and booking to successful completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop new and creative event concepts to increase bookings and customer engagement.

Marketing & Promotions

- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase footfall, enquiries, bookings, and revenue.
- Develop promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, contests, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketing agencies, photographers, and marketing vendors.
- Coordinate promotional activities across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
- Generate leads through schools, colleges, corporates, housing societies, local businesses, and community groups.
- Develop corporate and institutional tie-ups for group bookings and events.




- Conduct competitor analysis and identify recent marketing opportunities.

Customer & Business Development

- Handle customer enquiries and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Promote memberships, packages, birthday parties, group bookings, and special offers.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.
- Maintain records of leads, enquiries, conversions, bookings, and marketing activities.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields will be an advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, entertainment, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication and event-management skills may also be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
