- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Tamil.
- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain a polite and professional communication style.
- Record customer interactions and update required details.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the specified location.
