- Coordinate with existing and prospective customers for enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer MIS, enquiry status, quotation status, order status, and follow-up trackers.
- Prepare quotations, commercial documents, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Handle regular communication with customers through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers for new enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores & Dispatch, Accounts, and Development teams for timely customer requirements.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain updated customer databases, contact details, enquiry records,



and sales pipelines.
- Assist in identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Support preparation of customer presentations, company profiles, product information, and marketing material.
- Track competitor information, market requirements, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of sales-related activities.
- Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
