Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Experience: 9–12 Years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial and contractual activities for construction projects.
- Review and monitor contracts, BOQs, work orders, variations and claims.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams regarding commercial matters.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, quantities and payment certifications.
- Monitor project costs, variations and contractual compliance.
- Maintain commercial documentation and prepare regular reports.
- Support the PMC team in resolving contractual and commercial issues.
- Ensure commercial activities are aligned with project timelines, specifications and contract conditions.

Required Experience:

Candidates should have strong experience in high-rise, mass construction, residential and commercial building projects, with positive knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
