We are looking for a curious, technically inclined and solution-oriented person to join our team as a Technical Support Executive.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring new technologies, solving problems, learning independently and using AI tools to find practical solutions.

You do not need to be an expert in every technology. We are looking for someone who is willing to research, experiment, learn and get things done with the support of AI and online resources.

Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / IT or other relevant technical degree

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to software, systems, applications and online tools.
- Research and identify suitable software,



AI tools, automation solutions and technology platforms for business requirements.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to research, troubleshoot, automate and solve technical problems.
- Explore new AI tools and technologies and identify ways they can improve company processes.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and explore opportunities for automation.
- Continuously learn current technologies and tools based on the company's changing requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
