Nutty Affair is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Barista*to join our team in Vadodara.

Position: Barista

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other menu items as per company standards.

- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.

- Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, counter, and work area.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and supplies.

- Monitor and maintain beverage-related inventory.

- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and quality guidelines.

- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and retail team for smooth daily operations.

- Follow all company policies, food-safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

Requirements

- 12th pass or Graduate preferred.

- Previous experience as a Barista, Café Staff, Beverage Executive,



or similar role will be an advantage.

- Freshers with a genuine interest in the café and beverage industry are also welcome.

- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is preferred.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Positive attitude, professional grooming, and punctuality.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
