About the Role

Medicalax is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our medical/healthcare products, developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals, and contributing to the company's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Medicalax's medical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, medical professionals, distributors, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct regular field visits and product presentations to healthcare professionals and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.




- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, promotional activities, and other marketing events when required.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or a related field will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates from all educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
